All pieces purchased online are non-refundable. All items are handmade to order and therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.

Each piece is carefully made, however, due to the physical nature of leather craft scratches and subtle blemishes may occur. We do not provide any returns or refunds for such. For detailed images of any bag please contact us.

These bags are created to last you a lifetime so if you have any need for repair please get in contact so we can discuss your options.
