Please note: Handmade orders can take up to 60 days to be completed. Florist is a one-person operation. In the name of fairness, all orders are processed in the order they are placed. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

Shipping: 

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $500, all other orders are flat rate, prices dependent on the continent.

We are currently fulfilling orders from Lisbon, Portugal. All orders are being shipped via the local carrier CTT. All orders are shipped flat-rate economy, which has the best speed/economics ratio I have found. For international orders, you can expect your order between 7-14 days (depending on location), for EU orders, you can expect your order in 3-7 days.

Returns:

All pieces purchased online are non-refundable. All items are handmade to order and therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind. While it is our hope that all packages arrive at their intended destinations promptly, sometimes carriers mishandle packages. We waive all responsibility once the package lands in the destination country as we do not have any jurisdiction over international countries and their postal systems. Should any issues arise after the package has landed in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for contacting their local postal service to remedy the situation. The recipient is also responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. While many orders make it through customs without issues, the customs agency in your country may require you to sign any required forms before receiving your package. It is the recipient's responsibility to check with their country's customs office to verify any fees as we are unable to provide the recipient with the exact amount of the charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Each piece is carefully made, however, due to the physical nature of leather craft scratches and subtle blemishes may occur. We do not provide any returns or refunds for such. For detailed images of any bag please contact us.
