Please allow between 7-10 Business days for your purchase to ship out, each piece is made to order and will be made in the order that they are recieved.
All Florist products are unfortunately non-refundable—excluding any unrepairable defects determined to be from either the materials or the production process. Returns can be made in exchange for store credit if the item is unused with all of its original tags and sent at the buyer’s expense. Please notify us of any returns within 5 days of the date of delivery if you wish to exchange for store credit.
Because our products are all hand-crafted, utilizing locally-sourced leather, "imperfections" can arise. This shouldn’t be considered a defect or a fault, but an exhibition of the nature of traditional leather and hand-crafted artisanal design.
